Scrapbooking Actions

This cute frame has scallop borders and can be created with any pattern of your choice. There is an inner frame made out with eyelets that also can be customize for colors and to top it all off, there is a ribbon that you can custom color at you convenience. This ribbon goes in and out of the eyelets that surround the frame to create a ribbon frame on top of the scallop frame. This action was thoroughly developed in photoshop CS3 and it was extensively tested as well.
