First you select a old paper pattern or any color to create the tag and then you select anther color for the eyelet. Finally, you select a color or pattern to create the see thru bow. All items are left in their own layers in the end so that you can re-arrange in any way you want. You can add and remove elements as needed and customize the look to add your own personal touch.
