Scrapbooking Actions

For those of you who like frames I have created a simple looking frame with hearts. To start the action, you have to select a color or a pattern for the frame and then you have to select colors for the three hearts. There is a total of six hearts around the frame so you can add as much color and texture as you want. As it is customary, the action features an open layer ending so you can customize further. Add ribbons and flowers and maybe remove some of the hearts to give it your personal touch. There are endless possibilities to decorate this frame.
